Pricing & Packages FAQ
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, all packages are month-to-month and can be stopped or changed at any time.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal and most major Credit Cards.
Can I downgrade my package?
Yes, you can downgrade to a lower package.
Downgrades are only available on a calendar month cycle where you complete your current package and start the new month on your new downgraded package.
Can I upgrade my packages?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time.
You can change your packages at the end of a calendar month and start the new month on a new package or you can choose to upgrade immediately. When upgrading immediately, the difference between your current package and the new package will then be offset against the cost of your new package.
What happens if I miss a session?
Any missed session can be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times.
Do I have to use your cloud systems?
No, we provide our cloud system to assist and support our clients and enhance the one-on-one mentoring sessions. We encourage our clients to use what works for them.
How long after stopping do I lose access to the cloud systems?
At the end of the month, a contract is stopped, all logins are disabled and remote access to systems will no longer be possible. Extended access is available on request for a maximum of 3 months.
If I don't use any of your cloud systems do I get a discount?
No, our prices and packages are designed around one-on-one mentoring and coaching sessions. All our systems and technology are set up to support, assist and enhance mentoring. It's your choice how you work and what software and technology you use.
Do I ever lose access to my documents and files?
All files on your local system are 100% in your control. If you use the Nextcloud desktop file sync client, any files on your local system will never be deleted, even after logins to our cloud systems are disabled. Only syncing to our servers will stop working.
How long do you retain my documents after stopping?
If requested, we will remove all copies of documents on our systems immediately. If no request to delete is given, we may retain documents for a maximum of 12 months.
However, there is no guarantee that your documents will be retained after you stop using Graduate Mastery services and we encourage all our clients to maintain proper backups.
Why only 500MB storage?
Our cloud systems are designed to enhance and facilitate mentoring and the academic writing process. We found 500MB to be more than sufficient for most academic writing projects. If you find this insufficient, you can make a request and motivate for the storage limit to be increased.
What if a session continues for longer than 90 minutes?
Our packages are based on sessions of mentoring. We try to keep to a 90-minute session length. However, sometimes a session might not run for the full 90 minutes, and sometimes it may run a little longer. We don't charge per hour, so if we don't stick exactly to the 90-minute session length, the price you were charged will not change.
